Rona Borre Sets The Example For Success

The name of Rona Borre is instantly recognizable in Chicago as she is the founder and CEO of Instant Alliance, the young staffing company that has been setting the world of staffing and recruiting on fire. Established in 2001, Instant Alliance has been the talk of the town for a long time since it is still one of the fastest growing staffing companies in the United States.

In a recent interview, Borre was asked several questions about her upward spiral of success. When asked why she thinks her company has had so much good fortune. Her immediate answer was that Instant Alliance does excellent work for the clients and that an exceptional product is delivered. The next question asked was about Borre herself and the question was asked about what special traits does she think that she has that has made her successful. Her reply was that she is never satisfied with anything and that she is always attempting to find a better way of doing things.

Another key factor, according to Borre, is that she has structured the company so that she can get out and still sell while outsourcing things that she doesn’t enjoy like accounting and back office. Borre has built her company on relationships that she has formed over the years. When asked what was the best $100 she had recently spent was, she replied that is was for the meal she purchased for one of her clients. By getting away from an office setting, and having a more intimate conversation, Borre said she got to know that client more on a personal basis, and now she knows more about how to help his company with new key personnel.

Borre describes Instant Alliance as a boutique company specializing in specific talent. When she gets to know the client well, she can find talented recruits and staff who will better fit into the culture of the company and stay for a longer period of time.  Check for more.
